Our aim is to provide great value cruising with high levels of customer satisfaction. At the end of each cruise a short Questionnaire will be delivered to your cabin. We would be most grateful if you could complete this so that we can measure our performance and read your comments.  Your opinion really does count!

To show our appreciation, at the end of each cruise, completed questionnaires are entered into a special Shipboard Prize Draw with the chance to receive a 50% credit to the winner’s shipboard account. The winner is advised in the morning prior to disembarkation.

In addition, completed questionnaires will be entered into our special end of season Cruise Prize Draw with a chance to win a cruise for two. The winner will be announced this autumn and details will also be posted here on our website.

To qualify for entry into the prize draws the questionnaire must be fully completed. The guest that is named in Section 17 of the questionnaire will be the winner of the shipboard prize receiving an amount equivalent to the value of 50% of his/her shipboard account. The account must show a nil balance having been settled in full. The end of season cruise prize will be based on a Marco Polo ex-UK cruise of under 12 nights duration and excludes tours and onboard personal expenditure.


Cruise & Maritime Voyages, in issuing onboard questionnaires, are committed to your privacy and are registered and observe all of the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. The information you have provided in this questionnaire will be stored within a secure database and is protected from unauthorized access and will not be passed on to Third Parties. It will only be used to help us analyse and review the customer service standards and used to contact you by letter or email in relation to your cruising experience.
